The Coaches Site is excited to announce the launch of the Directors Club with Mike Bonelli, a FREE monthly live webinar series that aims to support and collaborate with hockey directors and program administrators, while building successful strategies for leaders in the hockey communities they serve.
With over 35 years of youth hockey programming and team building experience, Mike Bonelli will share the elements of architecting successful organizations and will review the components of building strong cultures, engaged coaches and energized support staffs.
Each session will take a look at certain aspects of program and organization challenges and cover solutions and strategies to build immediate program success for today and in the future.

Currently the owner of Mike Bonelli Hockey Solutions, Bonelli has over 35 years of program building and planning experience for ice hockey. He has coached at every level of hockey and is considered as an expert in youth hockey programming, development, retention, and communication.
Bonelli currently works in advisory roles with some of the best support groups in the business of hockey including USA Hockey, USA Floorball, NHL teams like the NY Rangers, NY Islanders and NJ Devils, The Coaches Site, Power Player assessment program, CoachThem drill and practice software, Edge Boss Hockey training aids and he is also a coach ambassador with True Hockey, GelSTX, Verbero Hockey, Hockey Wrap Around, XHockey Products, Sense Arena and The Edge Skate Sharpening and Profiling company.
Coach Bonelli has been a part of building programs at schools like the Harvey School (Director), Westchester Skating Academy (Director), Floyd Hall Arena (Director / Architect), Danbury Ice Area (Director / Architect / Manager), Waterville Valley Ice Arena (Manager / Director), Chelsea Piers Connecticut (Architect) and Prospect Park Ice Rink (Brooklyn). He has coached at Plymouth State University (Head), NWHL’s CT Whale (assistant), The Harvey School (Head), Iona Prep (Head), Immaculate HS (Head) and NYU (Assistant) along with coaching 8U learn to play through Midget AAA in many programs and organizations over the past 35 years.
