Created by Sioux City Musketeers head coach Luke Strand, this drill was featured in the 2020 Virtual Hockey Summit Drill eBook. It focuses on attacking the high and low seams under token pressure, with quick shots around the net.

Drill description

  • O starts the drill with a seam shot. After shot, O picks up a puck in opposite corner and passes to X.
  • X receives pass, gets off the wall and attacks the high or low seam with token pressure from O.
  • Repeat from both sides. Continuous drill.
