The D Starts the drill by back peddling on the blueline and retrieve a puck from the first forward behind the net.
The Forward swings to get open down low and receives a pass from the D, moving the puck up to the far forward who gets open with a center swing and then goes in for a shot.
Both Forwards go to the front of the net and the drill finishes with a point shot from the D as they spring up ice.
