Doug Lidster is a legend around these parts – any time you can wear the C and flying skate at the same time, that’s going to resonate with the locals.

But it’s not just Canucks fans who’ve grown to appreciate Doug’s approach to the game. These days Coach Lidster is charged with leading a group of minor hockey players with the prestigious Victory Honda program in Metro Detroit. Never one to mince his words, Doug joined the fellas to talk minor hockey and what we can do as leaders to continually improve the process.

Enjoy!
