Troy Ward is back once again to answer your coaching questions with episode 7 of Troy Ward’s Mailbag!

This week, Troy focuses on the utilization of one puck drills in practice. With the help of our friends at Hockey Coach Vision, he provides six variations of two different drills that will help get your players game-ready.

Why one puck drills? They are great for simulating game-like situations, help players with repetition of important tactics and systems, will get your players in shape, and most of all, help your players play as a team.

Reminder to submit your questions for Troy to [email protected] and he may answer yours in a future episode.
