There was a time when coaching hockey simply meant instructing from behind the bench –directing traffic, setting a lineup and occasionally arguing with officials. But those days are gone. Being a coach in today's game is virtually unrecognizable from what it was 20 years ago, due to major rule changes, enhancements in technology, shift in strategy and the deeper understanding of sport psychology.
That’s why we built The Coaches Site. We are a community of like-minded coaches that are focused on sharing innovative tools and resources to build better programs, practice plans, team dynamics and ultimately creating a platform where the best hockey leaders in the world share their expertise and experience with a global hockey network.
