Do I need to have a credit card to join?

TheCoachesSite.com for the most part does not provide refunds on membership accounts & add-ons, unless we have billed you incorrectly or there was a double charge on your account. Your membership is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (Depending on your billing preference).

However, under special circumstances, a member may be entitled to a partial refund. If you are issued a refund, a 25% service fee applies to your account to cover any charges we may incur from our payment processor.
