Want to skate like Connor McDavid. We all do. And we can! Sort of.

You will often here people say that McDavid is the fastest player in the NHL. This might be true. But their are many players very close to his speed, yet none have the same ability to beat defenders wide so consistently. His speed certainly helps him, but there is a pattern that he uses to beat defenders more than the average NHL’er. This pattern can be taught to anyone and it will help them have many more successful wide drive opportunities. Even if they do not have McDavid level speed, they can still see huge results from using this technique.
